Account and Service Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is not a required registration field. If a user chooses to provide an email address in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and not for additional marketing. Do not send passwords or full subscription links in support tickets.

Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and access management. Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, transaction status, and associated order identifier. They are used to verify payments, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage and subscription status are used to apply plan rules, not to reconstruct browsing activity.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNEdit follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing history, destination URLs, or communications, or create connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.

Temporary session data needed to operate a connection is used only as necessary to provide the connection and address an active issue. It is not retained as a historical connection log and is cleared when the session ends or the purpose for processing is complete. Subscription traffic summaries and order records are handled as service data, separately from records of browsing destinations.

When troubleshooting, this service prioritizes error messages, client environment details, and circumstances submitted voluntarily by the user. Before sending screenshots, hide account credentials and unrelated personal data.

Site Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage and how visitors arrive. They may involve pages visited, referral sources, browser types, and interaction events. These statistics are limited to website and panel interactions; they are not used to read content accessed through subscription connections and should not include passwords, payment credentials, or subscription keys.

Cookies and local storage maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials are sensitive data, so sign out after using a shared device. Clearing browser storage removes local state and may require signing in again, but does not automatically delete server-side accounts or orders.

Users can manage or restrict storage through their browser. Disabling essential storage may affect login and page functions. Analytics should be understood separately from the service processing needed to complete payments and provide subscriptions.

Third-Party Payments and Data Use

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service, and data collected through its pages or tools is subject to that provider's policies. VPNEdit uses the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to send payment account passwords to customer support.

Data is used only to provide the service, handle support requests, and meet necessary obligations. Personal data is not sold. If a service provider must process data on our behalf, processing is limited to what the relevant task requires. Where disclosure is legally required, the basis for the request is verified and the scope of disclosure is limited.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide subscriptions. Order and refund records are retained as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Support tickets and website analytics are kept only for as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or aggregated so individuals cannot be identified. Original data is not retained indefinitely.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit access, correction, or deletion requests through the support ticket portal. This service will carry out necessary account ownership checks and explain what can be handled. Data that must be retained by law or for an unresolved dispute will be restricted to that purpose. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so check for any outstanding service matters first.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy changes, this page will be updated with the revised content and latest update month. Significant changes to processing purposes or data categories will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where legally required, the relevant consent process will be followed separately; updating this page does not replace necessary authorization.
