REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains the refund scope, required information, and payment handling for VPNEdit subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through support tickets in the user panel, with all processing records kept in the relevant ticket.

Request Window and Refund Scope

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, with no reason required. The request window starts from the successful payment record and is verified against the ticket submission time. You do not need to provide proof of a service issue or complete troubleshooting first.

Refund requests must correspond to a verifiable payment order. A request submitted within the window remains valid even if the review extends beyond it. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different billing rules; data packages remain valid until used and do not expire, but this does not extend the refund window.

Orders involving renewals, duplicate payments, or upgrades should be listed separately in the ticket. Support will review how they relate to the first payment; they do not automatically create a new refund window.

Eligible Situations and Review Checks

You may request a refund within the window above if the connection experience does not meet your expectations, your needs change, or you no longer need the service. No email address is required; simply sign in to the account used for payment. Do not share order documents in public comments.

Orders outside the request window are not covered by this policy’s no-questions-asked refund commitment. Unpaid, canceled, or already-refunded orders have no payment to refund again. If a payment record cannot be matched, you will need to provide additional information for review.

This policy does not impose an undisclosed data usage percentage or usage deduction threshold. Normal data usage alone is not grounds for refusing a refund requested within the window. For unusual traffic, prohibited use, or account ownership disputes, relevant records will be reviewed and the basis for the decision explained; an account flag alone will not determine the outcome. See the Terms of Service for service requirements.

How to Request a Refund and Required Information

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, open support tickets in the user panel, and explain that you are requesting a refund. You may provide a reason, but it is not required for a no-questions-asked refund.
  2. Provide the order number, subscription or data package name, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If the payment record cannot be matched, provide transaction documentation as requested in the ticket.
  3. Review the order details and refund arrangements in the support reply. For duplicate payments or upgrade orders, specify which transaction the request concerns to avoid confusion.

Please add information to the original ticket so the progress can be tracked in one place. Redact unrelated transactions and personal details from screenshots. Do not share your account password, full subscription link, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If you cannot sign in, see the support information.

Refund Routes and Payment Methods

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are preferably returned through the original transaction channel; check the payment provider’s records for the exact destination. If the original channel cannot process the refund, the ticket will explain the situation and review next steps. Funds will not be redirected to an unfamiliar account without your approval.

USDT transfers cannot directly reverse the original on-chain transaction, so a return transfer will be arranged after the payment record is verified. Confirm the receiving address and corresponding network as instructed in the ticket. Do not switch networks yourself or send assets unrelated to the refund. Any amount, network, or potential channel fees will be explained and confirmed before processing; no unverified conversion result is guaranteed.

Checking Refund Status and Next Steps

Request receipt, funds sent, and funds received are separate statuses. The time to receive a refund depends on payment provider processing or on-chain confirmation; this policy does not set a fixed arrival deadline that has not been confirmed by the payment provider. Support will share updates in the ticket. If the funds have not arrived, provide the results of your inquiry in the original ticket so the status can be tracked.

Once a refund is complete, the service benefits for the corresponding order will be adjusted according to the refund outcome. Subscription benefits for that refunded order will no longer be provided. If other active orders may be affected, this will be explained before processing. For refund disputes, add supporting evidence to the original ticket and request a review. See the Privacy Policy for how related information is used.
